Coco Villa Santikhiri comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with its three en-suite bedrooms and dedicated office space. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and an outdoor shower, ample wardrobe space, a 50" television with Apple TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The Frangipani Room, located next to the plunge pool, includes a king-size bed, a small desk, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite outdoor bathroom with a large shower. The Rock Room, named for its unique construction incorporating natural rock formations, offers two queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. Like all bedrooms, it is air-conditioned.

The main house is a two-story building, with the upper floor dedicated to an expansive living area that includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a covered porch. Accessible via a wooden bridge from the upper gardens, the living room features a large sofa with ottomans that can seat 8-10 people, perfect for socialising or relaxing. The dining area, connected to the living room, has a large table that seats eight, with an additional dining table on the outdoor porch. The porch also provides several seating options and a hammock to enjoy the stunning views.

Coco Villa Santikhiri offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. A private plunge pool equipped with jacuzzi jets is between the Frangipani and Rock rooms. A small outdoor gym with a running machine, yoga mats, and free weights offers breathtaking views. The dedicated office space with a large external monitor, laser printer, and fast WiFi is located on the lower floor with beautiful views.

The villa is surrounded by lush jungle gardens with walking paths illuminated at night, featuring a variety of tropical trees and plants. The gated community also includes a hilltop infinity pool and a yoga sala, perfect for laps or relaxing while enjoying panoramic views.

Please note that there is a friendly dog who lives around the house. His name is DuDu, which means guard in Thai. The housekeeping staff take care of DuDu, so you'll likely only see him asleep on the porch or walking through the gardens. DuDu is very used to new people around him and he is happy to interact with guests if you want to play with him. However, if you don't like dogs this may not be the right property for you.
