December 2025Peaceful stay
The home is very well appointed. The main entertaining areas- inside and out are very spacious. The main house is lovely with the two main bed/ bathrooms. It’s nestled in a residential neighborhood -quite a drive to the main shopping/ beach/ tourist area -something to consider if you’re planning to enjoy the island nightlife. We enjoyed well stocked kitchen and the outdoor dining areas. ”

July 2026Big Island Stay
This property is delightful; in a fine community, big homes and large lots, with a club houss, exercise room, etc. This home's interior is modern, spacious, on a large plot of land. Wonderful Fruit Trees accent its perimeter. Very clean, well maintained, and finely appointed throughout. A Great Room/Kitchen, with quality furniture, appliances and art. Lastly the property owners were welcoming, helpful, and generous. This house is a must see - elevated about 2500ft above the Eastern edge of Kona. Our only wish was, it was a little closer to the beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Only suggestion, please remember to pickup all provisions prior to travelling up to the house...it's about (1) hour roundtrip to/from the stores otherwise. Worth every penny!”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. The garden is absolutely stunning and creates such a peaceful, tropical setting, while the spa was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent—close to everything while still feeling like a private retreat. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating from start to finish, making the whole experience effortless. We truly can’t recommend this property highly enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!”
