House Rules
- Useppa Island is a private island accessible only by ferry, private boat, or potentially by helicopter through private carriers. The ferry ride costs $40 per person each way, plus tax.
- For those leaving a vehicle on the mainland, parking charges at the ferry lot are $8 per day, plus tax. A set ferry schedule operates between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM, though private chartered ferry transports are available upon request for a fee if the regular schedule doesn't meet your travel needs. Additionally, there is a fee for dockage for private boats.
- Once on the island, transportation is available by foot or golf cart. Golf carts can be rented either through the island at approximately $150 per day (rates may vary), or directly from us for $100 per day. Each group can set up a charge account, making it easy to charge purchases from the island’s store or dining facilities directly to the account.
- Guests have access to all the island’s facilities at no additional cost. The museum can be accessed with a small donation of around $5 per person.
