The house is a 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom split-level, 4500 square foot (2,800 under roof & 1,700 decks) spacious villa. It is built on and into the highest peak, 800 ft above sea level and 200 ft above the highest constructed villas in neighboring Pedregal. Fountains and lush landscaping create an inviting atmosphere. Features include an infinity swimming pool, air conditioning, BBQ, and Jacuzzi. Inside, you will find a fireplace, washer-dryer, DSL computer with free internet access, DVD player, and TV’s in each room. The house is finished throughout with marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork. A refrigerator, dish-washer, stove with oven and microwave completes the ultra-modern kitchen. There is a carport and parking for one additional car. The nightly sunset can be enjoyed off the decks while sampling the locally made tequila. A private clubhouse and pool/fitness facility is also available for use.

Sleeping arrangements are all suites and include two rooms with kings, 1 room with 2 queens, and a sofa-bed for two in the downstairs lounge. Generous closet space and blow dryers, make-up mirrors and complimentary bath products are standard in all bathrooms. There is an additional half bath adjacent to the living room. Daily maid service is complimentary with a tip suggested at departure.
