You feel right at home when you walk in. The home was clean, beautiful and spacious. The backyard is a dream. Large pool, hot tub, sports court and lounge area. Everything was in perfect working order and very easy to use. The host was very responsive and let us change our stay day and hours without any issues. We really appreciated everything about the home and the host. Would highly recommend to everyone. ”

A 5-Star property.

My grandson got married in St. George in May and were able to stay at this beautiful home with lots of family. The house was spacious. We were impressed that not only did the home have plenty of bedrooms, but the host had also supplied extra twin mattresses and sheets for use in the game room for additional guests. I believe I counted a total of 14 beds. There was plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and on the street. We had a family luncheon on the large outdoor patio and several of us used the pool and pickleball court. The home also had all the appliances that we needed with the exception of a coffee maker. We went to the nearby Walmart and bought our own and left it. The same with a highchair for my granddaughter. It was a pleasure dealing with the host. After our stay, he notified us that his cleaning team had discovered some damage: apparently someone in my party had pulled on a closet door too hard and the door stop attached to a hinge had punched a hole into the door – as they sometimes do. As none of us live in the area, it took us a while to arrange for a reliable person to repair this to mutual satisfaction. We very much appreciate the host being patient and cooperative with us while we went through this process and he even provided matching paint. Overall, we had a great experience in this 5-star property. ”

The house was nice and clean on the Interior as one would come to expect. Abundant supply of towels and plenty of Bathroom incidentals were available to use if needed. Be prepared to share the refrigerator/freezer with the Owner since both were pretty full of various food, drinks and condiments which seemed a little odd to me in my travels but wasn't a huge deal. Just had to move their stuff out of the way to make room for our supplies. TV worked fine and had plenty of usable apps that were immediately available which was convenient. The major selling point of this house is the Outdoor patio and backyard area. This was the nicest, largest & cleanest swimming pool with a built-in hot tub that I have ever seen or used at a residential property. Complete with water basketball, various/numerous pool toys and pool amenities. In addition, there is a basketball court & pickle ball court in perfect condition. (A nicer basketball could have been provided but we are getting a little demanding now. lol) The outdoor area is truly a gem and I could never compliment it enough. It really was the highlight of this property. The only real complaint I have is that the hot tub was only usable 3 of the 7 days that we were there due to a heating issue. However, the Owner was very receptive to my texts and advised that he would get the pool company over to fix the problem but it unfortunately took them several days to arrive. They immediately fixed the problem and the hot tub worked fine on our final evening. I totally understand that things do happen and equipment breaks down from time to time & needs repaired/serviced so no negative knocks to the Owner. It's just such a let down when certain items/amenities don't work when they are the ones that attracted you to a specific property. And when you play a lot of golf everyday in 108 degree heat at age 66, the hot tub and swimming pool are what gets you through the next day. Nevertheless, we all know that sh..t happens so this Owner and his property still receives 5 stars from us and is highly recommended. ”
