November 2025Great Location and Communication, but Unit Needs Better Stocking and Upkeep
We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated several positive aspects of this property. The location was excellent, and the surrounding area was very luxurious, safe, and pleasant—exactly what we were hoping for when traveling with our family. The condo itself was comfortable, but it was very clear that it is a high-turnover rental. Basic essentials were lacking, which was frustrating while traveling with family—there was not even half a roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms upon arrival, and no extra rolls provided. Also extra rolls of paper towels and beach towels were not provided which is surprising for a week long beach property rental. These are small things, but they do make a difference in the overall experience. The unit also showed significant signs of wear and tear and was not as well maintained or as nice as we are typically accustomed to within the club. That said, we understood this was a lower key value property and adjusted our expectations accordingly, and we were still happy to have the opportunity to stay here. One concern was the building itself—the elevator had an expired inspection notice posted (appearing to be from around 2021), and the building overall felt somewhat rundown and not particularly well built, which detracted from the experience. The property could benefit from higher-quality sheets and towels. Additionally, while the owners were very communicative, the missing basic items could have been easily remedied by having the management company deliver them, which unfortunately was not done. On a very positive note, communication with the owners was outstanding. They were extremely responsive, and flexible with our dates and they provided wonderful recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. While we would not stay again, we were very grateful for their attentiveness and support before and during our stay.”
