Telegraph Vista is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath full floor flat in a historic Edwardian Building perched on the southern slope of Telegraph Hill, one of the most historic neighborhoods in San Francisco. The property was built in 1909 and was fully remodeled in 2010. From the master bedroom and the living area, guests enjoy spectacular views of San Francisco Bay and the Bay Bridge. The home is located 3 1/2 blocks up from the Transamerica Pyramid. The Financial District, Jackson Square, Chinatown and Little Italy are all within a short stroll. Union Square and the Moscone Center are approximately 20 minutes away by foot.

The two main bedrooms are equipped with hotel quality mattresses, linens and bath towels. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with utensils and cookware for six adults. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. I have cable tv and 2 wireless networks available for your use.

The home is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so a climbing a long set of stairs is required to reach the home. Also, since the building is located on a steep portion of Telegraph Hill, access for wheelchairs and strollers would be very difficult.

There is no dedicated parking but there is a pay garage with in-and-out privileges located one block away. I recommend that travelers only rent vehicles for out-of-town trips since is difficult to find parking throughout the city. In any case, the property has a Walkscore rating of 97/100 so a car is quite unnecessary. Taxicabs and ridesharing services such as Uber & Lyft are abundant.
