Additional Fees

• We have full time staff on the premises. We strongly recommend tipping for each.
• The housekeeper cleans the kitchen, washes dishes, makes beds, cleans bathrooms(daily), daily laundry, and ironing in additional to her normal cleaning schedule. A recommended tip for our housekeeper is 500 pesos per bedroom (a minimum of 1000 pesos per week)
• Our gardener tends to the garden, cleans the pool, and takes care of all exterior patios and terraces. Although we pay for this maintenance, tipping a flat fee tip of 1000 pesos to our gardener/handyman is appreciated.
• In US dollars these tips equate to approximately $135 for three bedrooms for both gardener and housekeeper for the week.
• Pool heat not included.

Outstandingly bespoke

Our stay in San Miguel de Allende was exceptional. The home is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our entire group to relax comfortably, both indoors and out. The location was ideal: a quick 15 minute walk to just about anywhere in Centro, making it easy to enjoy all that San Miguel has to offer. Extremely Beautiful house!

We had a grate time at this very spacious and extremely beautiful house!! Just 10 minutes walk to the parroquia. Peggy was an excellent anfitriona, very nice and kind! She left some delicious cheese and other things for breakfast! We hope to come back to this lovely house. The great service we had from Irene and Juan, made our week very enjoyable! My family were so happy!!! We love everything about the house. 10/10! 100 percent recomendable!”
