Villa Estefania

Villa Estefania is a cozy 2-bedroom duplex house (in 2 levels) located inside the gated residential area of Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Punta Cana, The Dominican Republic. It’s a very nice, quiet area with 24-hour security and if you do not play golf, the golf course serves as the perfect place to go for a walk/run in the early morning or late afternoon (when the temperature is cooler).

The villa has a nice garden overlooking hole #4 of the golf course and is just a short 3-minute walk from the clubhouse and residential swimming pool area, which includes a restaurant and a bar. Just outside the residential area you will find the Palma Real Shopping Village with a variety of shops, supermarket, cinema, restaurants (incl. Hard Rock Café and Outback Steakhouse) and bars. There are plenty of other nice restaurants and bars in the nearby area for you to explore. Last, but not least, you will be just a few minutes away from the famous Bávaro Beach, approx. 5 minute by car.

The villa is approx. 3200 square feet.

On the downstairs level of the villa you will find a comfortable living/dining room, a guest bathroom, the kitchen and laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and board. The kitchen has a gas stove and comes fully equipped. From the living/dining room you have access to the large terrace and garden. The terrace is a great place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a good BBQ dinner and drinks in the evening.

On the upstairs level of the villa you will find the TV room, which has a sofa with chaise and a 50-inch flat screen TV, a Mac-mini with hundreds of movies and TV-series, DVD-player and surround sound.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs:
The master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the garden and golf course, a king bed, a/c, ceiling fan, ample closet space and a bathroom with shower & bathtub.

The 2nd bedroom, which looks out on the street and driving range of the golf course, has two twin beds, a/c, ceiling fan, ample closet space and a bathroom with shower & tub.

You will for certainly feel comfortable and right at home when you stay at Villa Estefania. The villa also comes with daily cleaning service (Monday-Friday) and additional services such as airport transfers, golf tee times, excursions, a private chef and grocery shopping can also be arranged in order to make your vacation as relaxing and carefree as possible (additional costs apply to the extra services).
