House Rules
Children and pets must be supervised in the backyard due to the steep drop off at the end of the yard. No drugs or smoking allowed on the premises. No parties or events. We allow up to 2 dogs with permission. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats because future guests may have severe allergies. We are in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours must be followed between 10pm and 7am, particularly in outdoor spaces. Please supervise minors in the hot tub. No food or glass around the hot tub. For your safety, please do not enter the hot tub while intoxicated or pregnant.
