Step outside to expansive multi-level decks featuring outdoor dining, a Blackstone grill, a Weber gas grill, and inviting lounge areas ideal for sunset cocktails overlooking the water.

Entertainment and wellness are woven into every level of the home. The private indoor heated pool allows for year-round swimming while enjoying lake views through oversized windows. Please note that Douglas Lake water levels are seasonally lowered by the Tennessee Valley Authority from mid-September through late April, limiting dock use during that time. Even in the off-season, the indoor heated pool, sauna, and entertainment spaces make this an exceptional mountain getaway year-round. Trailer storage is available off-site, and the nearest public boat launch is approximately 8 miles away in Dandridge.
