Perched above Lembongan Harbour with sweeping views across turquoise waters to Mt Agung on Bali’s mainland, this elevated three-bedroom villa offers a serene island escape in the heart of Nusa Lembongan. Accessed by approximately 40 stairs, the ascent rewards guests with panoramic harbour vistas and cooling sea breezes from a privileged hillside position.

Designed across two distinct levels, the villa provides privacy and flexibility for families or small groups. The downstairs master suite is air conditioned and features a spacious ensuite, private deck, and its own plunge pool, along with a separate external entrance. Upstairs, the second master bedroom enjoys stunning harbour views and an ensuite bathroom, while a third bedroom offers three king single beds and access to a large outdoor bathroom set within the tropical garden.

The open-plan upper level includes a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area oriented toward the views. While the living area is not air conditioned due to its open design, ceiling and pedestal fans ensure airflow and comfort. A second plunge pool is tucked into the garden at the rear of the villa, creating an additional private space to relax after a day exploring the island. Please note that the two levels are not internally connected, enhancing privacy between spaces.

Located within walking distance of excellent restaurants and some of the island’s best snorkelling sites, the villa offers both convenience and seclusion. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both plunge pools and deck areas.

To ensure a seamless arrival, all boat transfers to and from Nusa Lembongan are arranged directly by the villa team. This coordinated process allows staff to meet guests on the beach upon arrival, as boats dock at various points around the island. Guests are kindly asked not to independently book transfers and instead provide mainland accommodation details so arrangements can be made. With decades of Bali travel experience and many years of villa ownership, the hosts are also happy to assist with travel planning, including onward journeys to the Gili Islands or Lombok.
