A second en-suite bedroom with three single beds offers ideal flexibility for family or friends, while a third, more intimate bedroom with a queen-size bed sits adjacent to a convenient toilet. Beyond the interiors, an outdoor shower with sea views awaits, an invigorating ritual after a day spent exploring Formentera’s legendary coastline.

The outdoor haven extends across a shared 8,000-square-metre fenced estate, where a large pool and sun-drenched terraces invite quiet relaxation. From the main terrace, alfresco dining unfolds against a sweeping seascape. Hammocks sway in shaded garden corners, and the rooftop terrace provides an elevated perch for evening contemplation, with Es Vedrà rising from the sea off Ibiza’s coast.
