Set on more than 100 private acres with sweeping views of open fields and surrounding mountains, the property includes a four-bedroom main house, additional attic sleeping space and a separate one-bedroom guest studio.

The main house balances comfortable country living with clean, modern interiors. Multiple gathering areas provide space for families to spread out, while the chef’s kitchen is equipped with two sinks and two dishwashers for preparing larger meals. A fireplace creates a warm gathering point indoors, with additional spaces for dining and relaxing throughout the home.

Across the five bedrooms, bedding includes two king beds, two queen beds and two twin beds. One of the king bedrooms is located in the separate guest studio, which also includes a kitchenette and en suite bathroom. The attic provides three additional beds, while maximum occupancy remains eight. In total, the property has three full bathrooms and one half bath.

Outdoor living centers on the heated saltwater pool, sauna and expansive grounds.
