A Three Valleys Chalet with Sauna and Views

This sophisticated 6-bedroom chalet stands in the Hameau des Marmottes development of Les Menuires, within the renowned Three Valleys ski area. Positioned just 120 metres from the piste, the property allows for a direct ski approach in the afternoon from local apres ski bars, while mornings begin with an easy blue run down to the lifts.

The chalet earned the highest possible 5-star rating from the Les Menuires Tourist Board, along with the “charme” annotation, recognising a traditional property in a tranquil setting.

Spanning three levels and approximately 1600 square feet, the interior accommodates up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. Four bedrooms feature en suite facilities, while the remaining two share a bathroom. Two king-size double rooms and four twin rooms offer flexibility, with three twins convertible to super king-size beds and two twins providing additional pull-out single beds when required. All bedrooms include generous storage.

The living area is defined by a real fireplace, a private sauna, and an American fridge with a Nespresso machine. Entertainment comes by way of a vintage arcade coffee table, a competition-sized football table, satellite TV with multiple language channels, and a DVD library. Practical amenities include boot drying equipment, a ski locker, washing machine and dryer, complimentary cots and high chairs, and ample free parking. Fast WiFi is provided throughout.

From the south and west-facing balcony and the upper floors, expansive views stretch across the mountain and valley. The free ski bus stop is located 20 metres from the chalet, providing easy access to the town centre. Summer transforms the area into a mountain biking destination with lift-served trails, and e-bikes are readily available for hire throughout the resort.
