The villa comfortably accommodates up to ten guests across five spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Three are located on the main floor: a magnificent primary suite with a king-size bed, freestanding bathtub, and double vanity, as well as two bedrooms, each furnished with two queen-size beds. Upstairs, there is a second primary suite, also featuring a king-size bed, bathtub, and double vanity, alongside a fifth bedroom with a king-size bed that offers an especially private setting. Four of the five bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions. The residence also includes a guest bathroom serving the main social areas.

The interior spaces flow naturally onto the outdoor terraces, where an elegant barbecue area and a private saltwater swimming pool provide an inviting setting for long lunches, open-air dinners, and leisurely afternoons by the pool. The saltwater system offers a particularly pleasant swimming experience, feeling gentler on the skin and requiring fewer chemicals than a conventional pool.

The stay includes a comprehensive hospitality service with a private chef, butler, and daily housekeeping. The chef can prepare up to three meals per day, in addition to snacks; food and beverage costs are charged separately. At least one member of staff resides on the property and remains in the house 24 hours a day, accommodated in a separate area reserved exclusively for service personnel.
