Description

Maui Oceanfront Living at Sugar Beach

Highlights:
• Fifth-floor Pacific views from the private lanai

• Direct beachfront setting on Maui’s Sugar Beach

• Shared oceanfront pool, spa and barbecue area

Positioned directly along Sugar Beach on Maui’s southwest coast, this fifth-floor residence looks across a palm-framed shoreline toward the open Pacific. The elevated setting makes the ocean a constant presence, from the first light across the water to the colors of sunset viewed from the private lanai.

Completely updated in 2017, the interiors feel bright, streamlined and thoughtfully composed. The kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and counter seating, opening directly into the living area. Wide glass doors draw the ocean into the room, while air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and elevator access support an easy stay.

The private bedroom offers a king-size bed, room-darkening shades and separation from the main living space. A new queen-size convertible couch in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, with clean lines and practical storage completing the comfortable layout.

The furnished lanai provides a front-row setting for breakfast, quiet afternoons and evening sunsets above the Pacific. Guests also have access to the resort’s shared oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue area and landscaped grounds. Beach access is available from the property, and chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided for time beside the water.

Sugar Beach extends along Māʻalaea Bay, creating a scenic setting for long shoreline walks and relaxed beach days. Keālia Pond National Wildlife Refuge, Māʻalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Center are within easy reach, while Kīhei offers restaurants, markets and further beaches to the south. The location provides a convenient base for exploring South and Central Maui while keeping the ocean immediately at hand.

Important Information:
The swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue facilities and landscaped grounds are shared resort amenities. Ocean conditions can change throughout the day, and guests should follow posted beach and water-safety guidance. Seasonal tours and wildlife experiences should be confirmed directly with local operators before traveling.
