Private Umbrian Farmhouse with Countryside Views

Nestled among the peaceful hills of Ferentillo, this traditional Umbrian farmhouse offers an authentic countryside retreat framed by sweeping mountain views. The residence brings together four independent apartments to form one private villa, creating a welcoming setting for families and groups seeking space, privacy, and the timeless character of rural Italy.

The home accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two double sofa beds provide additional sleeping arrangements, allowing the property to welcome up to 10–12 guests when required. Each apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes its own well-equipped kitchen and dining area, offering flexibility while maintaining a sense of connection throughout the residence.

Modern comforts include flat-screen televisions, complimentary Wi-Fi, refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, coffee machines, electric kettles, hairdryers, and toiletries. Private on-site parking is also available.

When the entire property is occupied by one group, the gardens and seasonal outdoor swimming pool are reserved exclusively for their use. The landscaped grounds, terraces, and outdoor dining areas create an inviting environment for relaxed meals, quiet afternoons, and evenings overlooking the Umbrian landscape.

The location offers convenient access to Spoleto, the Marmore Waterfalls, and the Valnerina Natural Park. Medieval villages, hiking and cycling routes, rafting experiences, local wineries, and Umbria’s celebrated culinary traditions are all within easy reach.

Blending the privacy of a private villa with the warmth and authenticity of a historic farmhouse, this countryside residence provides an ideal setting for memorable gatherings and peaceful escapes in the heart of Umbria.
