Set on Nantucket’s far western end overlooking Smith’s Point, this two-bedroom, two-bath beach house offers direct access to the sand and unobstructed ocean views. The 1,500-square-foot home accommodates up to five guests, with sunsets, dunes and the sound of the surf defining the setting. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to reach the driveway.

The first floor includes the kitchen and dining area, which opens directly onto the deck for outdoor meals and time by the water. A den provides an additional living space with a queen futon, while Wi-Fi, Sonos audio and TVs are available inside. The home has electric heat but no air conditioning.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. One has a queen bed and private balcony, while the second has a queen bed and one twin bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A second full bathroom is located on the first floor.

Outdoor living centers on the beachfront deck and patio, with outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ for meals overlooking the water. From the deck, guests can step directly onto the sand for swimming, beach walks, fishing and sunset views across Nantucket’s west end.

Smith’s Point stretches along the island’s westernmost shoreline and is known for open dunes, fishing, wildlife and Madaket sunsets. Madaket Beach and Millie’s are nearby, while Nantucket Town is approximately six miles away for shops, restaurants, galleries and historic streets.
