This eight-bedroom, six-bath private estate in Temecula Wine Country accommodates up to ten guests across approximately 5,500 square feet on one level. Set on approximately 2.5 acres with its own Tempranillo vines, the property includes a main residence and detached casita surrounded by the rolling landscape of Southern California wine country.

The main residence offers generous gathering spaces alongside a home theater with wet bar, game room with pool and ping pong tables, arcade games and several dedicated workstations with fast Wi-Fi. Both the main residence and casita have full kitchens and their own washer and dryer, providing added flexibility for families and groups.

Eight bedrooms are divided between the two buildings. The main residence includes four king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk. Two of the king bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The detached casita adds one king bedroom and one queen bedroom. Six full bathrooms serve the property.

Outdoor living centers on the private pool and spa, pickleball and bocce courts, propane firepit and outdoor shower. Two gas grills and three outdoor dining areas provide plenty of space for meals outside, while the vineyard and surrounding hills create a relaxed wine country setting.

The estate is well positioned for exploring Temecula Valley wineries, Old Town Temecula and Galway Downs. Check-in is self-guided using a digital guidebook, and there is no on-site staff or concierge. The home is professionally cleaned before and after each stay. Pets, events, drones and package deliveries are not permitted, and vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway.
