Set in Anzère in Switzerland’s Valais region, Chalet Alpage is a contemporary alpine retreat with wide views across the southern Valaisan Alps toward Italy. The chalet is positioned within easy reach of the village centre, with restaurants, pubs, a supermarket, and the Spa and Wellness centre approximately a 5-minute walk away.

The main living spaces are bright, open and designed around the mountain outlook. Large glass-fronted windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding peaks, while real wood flooring, underfloor heating, leather sofas and a log-burning fire create a warm, modern alpine feel. The kitchen is arranged for sociable cooking, with a marble-topped island, double ovens, integrated microwave and grill, fridge freezer and dishwasher, flowing directly into the open-plan dining area.

The chalet accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room with shower, basin and WC. Two bedrooms have king beds and three bedrooms have two single beds. All bedrooms open to south-facing balconies, giving each room its own connection to the alpine setting.

Outdoor living is a strong part of the stay, particularly in summer, when the sunny terrace is set up for sunbathing, outdoor dining and BBQs. After skiing, hiking or mountain biking, the large outdoor Jacuzzi for six offers a relaxed place to unwind while taking in the mountain views.

Anzère is well placed for year-round alpine travel, from winter skiing to hiking, biking, paragliding, tennis, wellness and golf in the warmer months. The main ski gondola is reached by a free bus service running every 15 minutes, with the bus stop around 50 metres from the chalet entrance road, and regular bus services also connect to Sion.
