Set within Truckee’s private Schaffer's Mill community, Heartwood Haven is a newly built 3,248-square-foot mountain-modern home designed for relaxed group stays. Floor-to-ceiling windows, designer furnishings and a light-filled open plan create an inviting setting for all seasons.

The great room brings living, dining and kitchen spaces together around a gas fireplace, 77-inch smart TV and built-in game storage. A chef’s kitchen is equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, coffee bar and oversized island, while the mudroom, laundry room and two-car garage make mountain days easy.

Four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleep up to 10 guests. The main level has a king primary suite with fireplace, soaking tub and patio access, plus a second king suite with ensuite bath.
