Set at the base of Aspen Mountain, this fully remodeled two-bedroom condo pairs expansive mountain and valley views with a walkable location near downtown Aspen. Large windows overlook the surrounding slopes and city, while restaurants, shops, galleries, and cultural attractions are only a short walk away.

The bright open living, dining, and kitchen space features exposed wood beams and contemporary finishes. A fireplace framed by mountain-view windows creates a comfortable gathering area, while the full kitchen features a large island and opens directly to the dining and living spaces.

The condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A queen pull-out couch in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Blackout shades, storage, and in-unit laundry add everyday convenience.

Guests also have access to the complex’s shared seasonal heated outdoor pool, firepit, sun loungers, and outdoor gathering areas. One complimentary parking space is included, and self check-in is available by keypad.

Downtown Aspen and the Wheeler Opera House are about a five-minute walk away. Aspen Mountain remains close at hand for skiing and mountain recreation, while the surrounding area offers hiking, cycling, dining, shopping, galleries, and easy access to destinations such as the Maroon Bells.

Important Information:
Lift 1A is closed for redevelopment beginning July 2026, so direct ski-in/ski-out access via Lift 1A is not currently available. Aspen Mountain can be accessed through other operating lifts, including the Silver Queen Gondola.
