Cottage on Ellis is a fully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath cottage in Boise’s historic North End, accommodating up to six guests. Originally built in 1936, the home combines classic neighborhood character with updated interiors, fully fenced outdoor spaces and convenient access to Hyde Park and downtown Boise.

The comfortable living area is complemented by a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. A 55-inch HDTV provides entertainment, while Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a separate room make the cottage practical for both leisure and longer stays.

The two bedrooms each include a queen bed, with an additional sofa bed in the second bedroom and another in the living room, providing four beds in total. Two full bathrooms serve the home. A Pack ’n Play and toddler floor mattress are also available for younger guests. Step-free access is confirmed from the guest arrival path to the entrance, as well as to the second bedroom, kitchen, living room and one full bathroom.

Both the front and back yards are fully fenced, with private outdoor seating for relaxing between outings. Guests have access to the entire property, along with free onsite and street parking. Exterior security includes a front doorbell camera and a backyard camera monitoring the area between the back door and alley gate.

The North End is known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes and neighborhood atmosphere. Fairview Park is about a 10-minute walk away, while Hyde Park offers nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Downtown Boise is approximately 1.6 miles from the home, and the Boise River Greenbelt, parks and cultural attractions provide additional ways to explore the city.
