Tucked into the natural forest landscape of Las Catalinas, this elevated five-bedroom home pairs expansive Pacific Ocean views with warm, characterful design. Playa Danta is within walking distance, while the home’s hillside position provides a beautiful vantage point over the Catalina Islands and surrounding tropical landscape.

Ocean views begin before stepping inside. The west-facing plunge pool, outdoor dining area, and porches adjoining the primary accommodations are positioned to capture colorful sunsets over the water. An open-air terrace on the lower level brings sunlight, fresh air, and even the occasional tropical rain shower into the heart of the home, creating a particularly close connection to the natural surroundings.

Inside, handmade wood finishes and colorful design accents bring warmth and personality to the living spaces, while the bedrooms take a more restful approach with soothing whites and subtle touches of color. An oversized kitchen island provides a natural gathering place, complemented by outdoor dining for leisurely meals overlooking the landscape.
