Set in Palm Springs’ Sunrise Park neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home accommodates up to six guests across approximately 1,600 square feet. Fully renovated in 2025, the single-level residence pairs mid-century modern design with a private desert setting and unobstructed views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

The open great room connects the living, dining and kitchen areas, creating an easy space for gathering. A gas fireplace anchors the living room, while a 75-inch Smart TV and soundbar provide entertainment. The kitchen features quartz countertops, black stainless Samsung appliances, a six-burner gas range, convection oven, Nespresso machine, Keurig and a well-stocked pantry.

Three bedrooms are each furnished with a king bed. The primary suite includes a Smart TV, blackout shades and an ensuite bathroom with a frameless walk-in shower and rain showerhead. Two additional bedrooms share the second full bathroom. A dedicated office with an electric sit-stand desk provides a comfortable workspace for longer stays.

The fully fenced backyard centers around a private saltwater lap pool and separate round spa with uninterrupted mountain views.
