Set along Ski Hill Road near the base of Peak 8, this comfortable two-bedroom retreat places guests close to Breckenridge's year-round mountain recreation. Peak 8 serves as the resort's flagship base area, providing convenient access to skiing and snowboarding in winter and a collection of alpine activities during summer.

Located on the third floor of a walk-up building, the home opens with a dedicated storage hallway complete with hooks and boot storage. The living area provides comfortable seating and a flat-screen television, while doors lead to a private balcony surrounded by treed views and fresh mountain air.

The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and the essential cookware and tableware for preparing meals at home. Dining seating comfortably accommodates six. The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, with an additional hallway vanity providing extra space for guests to get ready.

Two bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. One features a queen bed alongside two lofted XL twin beds, while the second offers another queen bed. Both bedrooms include televisions and ample closet space. Guests also have access to two shared indoor hot tubs.

With nearby shuttle stops providing an alternative to walking, it is easy to reach both the mountain and downtown Breckenridge.
