Description

Edwardian Style Flat

This lovely flat is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath full-ground-floor flat in the North Beach / Telegraph Hill neighborhood. This is the historic area that you want to stay during your San Francisco holiday. When you see commercials, movies or television shows that feature San Francisco - this is the neighborhood.

The entire 1909 Edwardian building has just been remodeled, including upgraded plumbing and electrical. The unit has beautiful views of San Francisco Bay, the Embarcadero and the Bay Bridge.

The building is located near Coit Tower and the Barbary Coast Trail. The building has been featured on the 'Streets of San Francisco' and this part of the street has been in several films such as 'Basic Instinct' and 'The Hulk'.

World famous artists and photographers have featured this portion of Montgomery street in their works. This a sweet location for both leisure and business travelers.

This property has a WALKSCORE rating of 100 out of 100.

The property features modern and comfortable conveniences, with professionals and business travelers in mind. Although the property is newly remodeled, the owners have maintained the historic high ceilings, hardwood floors and classic Edwardian facade.

The two main bedrooms have new hotel quality mattresses, linens and bath towels. The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with utensils and cookware for six adults. The third bedroom is small and is furnished a twin bed and a small desk.

The flat also includes: in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet (available through a secured WI-FI network, cable television.

Master Bedroom:
King Bed - Simmons Black Collection
40' Flat Screen TV
En-Suite Bathroom with Shower
Partial Bay Views

Bedroom 2:
Queen Bed Bed - Simmons Black Collection
Partial Bay Views

Bedroom 3:
1 Twin Bed

Although this is a ground floor unit, it is located on a hill so access for wheelchairs and strollers could be tricky. No parking is offered with the unit and I don't recommend travelers rent autos during their stay here since San Francisco is a difficult place to find parking. A car is unnecessary and there are many car sharing services available in the neighborhood.

San Francisco, in northern California, is a city on the tip of a peninsula surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. It's known for its hilly landscape, year-round fog, iconic Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars and colorful Victorian houses. The Financial District's Transamerica Pyramid is its most distinctive skyscraper. In the bay sits Alcatraz Island, site of the notorious former prison

  • Alcatraz stands as a consistently popular San Francisco attraction for young and old, but it's especially fun for families and history fanatics.
