Description

Atlantic Sunrise & Sunset | Private Coastal Home in Connemara

Set along Ireland’s spectacular Wild Atlantic Way, this contemporary coastal retreat brings together two private apartments within the same detached building, creating a flexible two-bedroom hideaway for up to four guests. Located in Baile na hAbhann, County Galway, the property lies less than 200 metres from a white-sand beach overlooking Galway Bay, surrounded by the open landscapes of Connemara.

The accommodation is arranged as two completely separate apartments reserved together for THIRDHOME guests. On the ground floor, Atlantic Sunrise features a king bedroom, bathroom, bright living space and private kitchen, complemented by floor-to-ceiling glazing, underfloor heating and its own entrance. Upstairs, Atlantic Sunset is a private loft-style apartment with a king bedroom, bathroom and compact kitchenette, creating a second self-contained living area.

This configuration is particularly suited to two couples or guests who appreciate additional privacy while travelling together.

The owners live separately in their own home on the same approximately three-acre coastal property. From here, guests are well placed for exploring Connemara, with the Aran Islands airport around three minutes away and the ferry terminal approximately ten minutes from the property. Galway City, traditional pubs, cafés and the wider landscapes of the Wild Atlantic Way are also within easy reach.
