Set within the gated Batujimbar Estate in Sanur, Villa Svarga is an architecturally distinctive five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence accommodating ten guests. Spanning approximately 850 square metres (9,149 square feet) across a 1,250-square-metre property, the villa combines contemporary design with traditional Balinese antiques and tropical landscaping. Recognized with international architectural awards, including the 2014 ARCASIA Gold Award for Single Family Residential, it features sculptural spiral staircases, expansive glass walls, and a 16-metre private infinity pool. A pathway through the estate provides direct access to Sanur Beach, placing the coastline within easy walking distance.

The villa's open-plan interiors balance contemporary architecture with carefully selected furnishings, artwork, and antiques. Two spacious living areas offer comfortable seating, each with a 55-inch Smart TV, while the formal dining room accommodates ten guests. A semi-outdoor kitchen and dining area overlooks the pool, with a central island offering seating for eleven and appliances suited to shared meals or meals prepared by a private chef. Floor-to-ceiling openings connect the interiors with the surrounding greenery, and a separate media den offers a quieter setting for movies and relaxation.

Three upstairs suites feature two king beds and one super king, with distinctive architectural details, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs. Two of these suites enjoy pool views and outdoor terraces, while the third overlooks the tropical gardens. On the ground floor, a fourth bedroom features a super king bed, pool and garden access, and a writing desk. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed in an antique frame with a nearby private bathroom. An additional futon sleeping arrangement may accommodate up to two extra guests for a supplementary charge, subject to approval. The ground-floor bedrooms offer an alternative for guests who prefer to avoid the villa's spiral staircases.

Outdoor living centers around the private 16-by-8.5-metre infinity pool, bordered by tropical gardens, mature trees, and shaded terraces. Sunbeds, beanbags, and an antique seating nook provide places to unwind throughout the day, while an elongated koi pond welcomes guests at the entrance. Villa staff, housekeeping, gardening, and shared estate security support the stay.
