Perched on a hillside in Blenheim, Mountainview Villa Luxury Lodge offers a six-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat accommodating up to 12 guests in New Zealand's renowned Marlborough wine region. With sweeping views of vineyards, mountains, the Wairau Valley, and glimpses of Cook Strait, this Tuscan-inspired property combines spacious accommodations with a peaceful countryside setting.

Designed with the character of an Italian countryside estate, the single-level villa features distinctive artwork, carefully selected furnishings, and expansive living spaces. The Great Room offers floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a custom-made mahogany dining table seating 16. An open-plan kitchen and dining area provides additional space for preparing meals and gathering together.

The villa features six individually appointed suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom and views of the surrounding landscape. The Mountain View Suite includes a four-poster King bed, while the Chagall Suite features a King bed and direct access to the pool and spa facilities. The Marlborough Suite offers a Queen bed, the Oceanview Suite includes a Queen bed and sofa bed, the Cloudy Bay Suite features a King bed and sofa bed, and the Witherhills Suite provides a Queen bed and double sofa bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and in-room amenities add comfort throughout the accommodations.

Outdoor living centers around the heated lap pool, jacuzzi, and steam room, complemented by landscaped grounds and panoramic countryside views. Guests can also enjoy barbecue facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting communal spaces. The owners reside on the grounds in separate accommodations with their own independent access.
