On the grounds of the famous La Quinta Resort, this 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse has a light, bright open floorplan downstairs with a fireplace.

The rooftop deck overlooks the Santa Rosa Mountains, with a dining table that seats 8. Outdoor speakers and lounge furniture make this a great place to sip morning coffee, soak up some sun or catch a sunset with a glass of wine.

The downstairs is set up for relaxing, with a big screen TV and lots of seating. The back patios are set up with a teak dining table and gas grill and outdoor lounge furniture for the warm evenings.

The upstairs bedrooms are both kings with big screen TVs, ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors onto the balcony.

Downstairs also has a bunk nook (2 twins) behind curtains, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, great for extra guests. The upstairs bedrooms also have twin folding futons for the little ones.

Fantastic Villa

We had a wonderful stay in La Quinta Resort at one of the Tennis Villas. Great location. Bikes were provided so we could ride over to the restaurants and tennis courts. Nicely furnished and very clean. The owner was very helpful and communicative. ”
