Family getaway

We chose this home to accommodate our extended family, many of whom were older. The views were gorgeous and it's proximity to great hiking and small towns meant there was something for everyone. It was the last real vacation we had before the Covid shut downs began which made it that much more special that we were all able to be together for the last time in nearly two years. The home is well-equipped and very comfortable. ”

This home was lovely. . . Organized in a way that I understood intuitively and providing every necessity. It is spacious, comfortable and located in a beautiful setting. Located about 45 minutes from Springdale, it is a beautiful drive though one we chose not to make at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.”

Great Base Camp

Wonderful, well-kept home in a perfect location. Well-stocked kitchen, huge deck and plenty of beds. We really like the fact that it was on the quiet side of Zion. If we wanted peace and quiet, we stayed home. If we wanted to mix in the crowds, we could go into Springdale. Thanks to the owners for a very nice home! ”

Home Run!

I cannot say enough great things about this house and Zion! It is extremely spacious, comfortable, fun being next door to the Ponderosa (pools, slide, hot tub, and many more activities - very charming spot), and is just an awesome spot to end your days of adventure. Our group explored Zion most days and Bryce once and never got bored. We never even ended up going out to dinner because it was so easy to cook and relax at the house and see 1,000 stars in the sky. The owner was very helpful and nice to work with. I wish it was my house! Highly recommend the whole experience!”

Well worth a visit!

Beautiful home located just a few moments away from the non-main gate into Zion National Park. The home is directly adjacent to the Ponderosa Ranch where we booked ATV tours, horseback rides, Skeet shooting and Canyoneering. The home was perfectly clean and completely outfitted with everything needed. The staff at the Ponderosa Ranch were extremely friendly and helpful. The food there was mediocre at best but a 25 minute, spectacularly scenic drive through Zion to the main gate brings you to the main street with several excellent restaurants. We also drove from here to Bryce Canyon, only around a 90 minute drive. If Hollywood has not used this canyon to depict alien worlds, they have missed the perfect spot. Great day of hiking spent there as well. ”
