Description

Cape Coral Riverfront Living with Pool and Private Dock

Highlights:
• Direct frontage on the Caloosahatchee River

• Cape Coral base for boating and fishing

•Access to Sanibel and Captiva island days

Set directly on the Caloosahatchee River, this 3,600-square-foot Cape Coral home is designed around wide water views and relaxed Southwest Florida living. Southern exposure fills the property with natural light, while the private dock, screened pool area and waterfront gathering spaces create an easy connection to the river.

The main level centers around a spacious great room with comfortable seating and a 56-inch television. A formal dining room seats eight, while the breakfast nook accommodates four and the kitchen island offers five additional seats. Granite countertops and full-size appliances equip the kitchen for shared meals, from casual breakfasts to evenings spent dining beside the water.

Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide flexibility for families and groups. The main-level primary suite opens directly to the lanai and includes an ensuite bathroom and television. A second bedroom has a king bed, while a third offers two queen beds. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed alongside a full bathroom and game room with an Xbox, 60-inch television and convertible pool and ping-pong table.

French doors open to an expansive screened lanai with a private pool and spa. A summer kitchen with a grill, refrigerator and sink supports effortless outdoor dining, while lounge seating and a firepit offer inviting places to enjoy the river throughout the day. Beyond the pool, the private dock provides additional space for fishing, relaxing and watching the water.

The home offers a waterfront base for exploring Cape Coral and the wider Fort Myers area, including Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and the beaches along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Days can move easily between boating, island excursions and quiet afternoons by the pool, followed by evenings overlooking the river.

March 2016

Great Owners and nice property

Stayed in the property in March 2016. The Owners are great, left a very clean well stocked house and were very responsive to questions. The home is beautiful, spacious, and will easily sleep 8 people. The screened in pool and jacuzzi with a view of the River is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a small beach on the river. Swimming in river would not be recommended. The town of Cape Coral is somewhat tired with limited dining or entertainment options. The restaurants we did find were good but not anything special. Travel to Ft Myers and Ft Myers beaches were a little too long and given that it was March very crowded. While we enjoyed our stay, I don't feel that it is a 6 key property even in March. It all depends on what you are looking for. ”
