NoaNoa Island is located about 30 minutes (by speedboat) off the northeast coast of Palawan.

Imagine NoaNoa Private Island as your Palawan private island retreat. NoaNoa includes six distinctive environments for your enjoyment, and is surrounded by a 70-hectare tropical coral reef, teeming with marine wildlife.

When you reserve NoaNoa Island with THIRDHOME, only you (and guests invited by you) will be here.

Six unique bedrooms in two beautifully crafted guest houses are available for you and your guests. Each bedroom includes a king size bed and private bathroom. NoaNoa Island can accommodate 12 guests at a time.

Getting to/from NoaNoa: Travelers aboard private seaplanes, helicopters, or boats are welcome to arrive directly at NoaNoa Island. GPS coordinates for NoaNoa Island are: 10° 59′ 28.06″, +119° 35′ 36.18″.

Our helipad and pier are yours for landing and docking. Travelers on scheduled flights, fly first to Manila, then to Palawan (approximately 80 minutes from Manila). We will meet you in the town of Taytay, and transport you to NoaNoa by speedboat.

Complementary round trip boat transfers from Taytay pier (maximum 3 one way trips per group).

With your private island booking is included: maid service for rooms once a day with fresh bathroom towels as needed daily, beach towels changed once every 3 or 4 days and linen change on the 3rd or 4th day.

Island provides 24hr electric, hot & cold spring water wifi internet. cell phone reception.

Also included are 4 island maintenance staff, 3 maids, 1 night watchman,1 boat captain, and 1 beach attendant/bar tender. Total staff is 10 people not counting kitchen staff, spa staff and scuba staff.

Areas of the island not included are the island maintenance areas, staff living areas and storage areas.

Optional Services:

1. Dining
a) 2 cooks, 4 kitchen assistants and 2 waitresses serving a set menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and 1 or 2 snacks per day. The menu will be identical to the menu developed by NoaNoa Island over the years of pleasing their clientele. US$80/person per day.

b) 2 cooks, 4 kitchen assistants and 2 waitresses serving a set menu developed by the key holders with foods paid separately at cost plus 25%. US$50/person per day.

2. Spa
Staffed by 3 masseuses and 1 helper. Each masseuse will perform up to 4 or 5 ninety minute treatments per day. US$40/treatment. $250 per day.

3. Snorkel equipment
High quality mask, fins and snorkel issued to each guest. US$ 10.00 per person per day.

4. Scuba
US$75 per dive per person. Groups of 4 led by a certified dive master. All equipment included. No boat included nor necessary. Minimum: $500 per day.

5. Boat
8m fiberglass catamaran powered by twin 150 hp engines. US$125per hour of engine running time.

6. Bar
Standard bar pricing. i.e.: $5.00 wine, mixed drinks or premium jigger. $2.50 beer. $1.50 juice or soft drink, $5.00 fresh fruit smoothie. 24hr.

The Beach Bar & Beach Kitchen at NoaNoa Island are located right beside our sandy tropical beach. Swim in the ocean and rinse in the changing room adjacent to the bar.
The 70-hectare tropical coral reef surrounding NoaNoa is thriving and diverse in fish, coral and other marine life. The coral reef was declared an Official Marine Sanctuary by the Philippine government in 2005.
NoaNoa Island’s pier and helipad in the Philippines are great for 007 landings. They’re also perfect for seaside candlelight dinners.
