Our stay in this beautiful house was wonderful. The caretaker and his wife were there to meet us, give us a tour, and were available for any questions during our visit (even had fresh chocolate chip cookies waiting for us on the kitchen counter!). The mid-mountain hiking trail was just a stone's throw from the house so we were able to do a hike that had us immersed in the beautiful pines and aspens surrounding the house. Can only imagine how awesome this house must be when there's snow on the ground and ski season is in full swing! It doesn’t get better than this!

Not too often will you find a place from which you must ski down a mile or more to get to the lifts and yet still not be at the base of the mountain. Talk about “first tracks”, it really doesn’t get any better than this! Add to that a beautiful home with absolutely gorgeous views and the most accommodating owners I have ever met (and I have traveled extensively). They provided a booklet with lots of information about the house, allowed me to arrive days earlier than I had planned (just after they had departed themselves in fact) and even had staff who were willing to meet and greet me in the middle of the night and show me around the property. If you ever are fortunate enough to book this place during ski season, you will not be disappointed – though I will be very sad because that would mean you beat me to it. :-) Clearly, I will be returning to this fantastic home each and every chance I get!”

Amazing ski house (mansion) in ideal ski-in/out location

Wow! The house was large and perfect; the caretakers, Stan and Donna, were delightful. With a foot of fresh powder mid-week, the skiing was perfect. Our family group enjoyed the huge kitchen and new dining room for group meals and the den for family movie-night. The hot tub soothed sore muscles and the en-suite bedrooms offered space and privacy for everyone. Its was perfect!--Kim and John Legelis”

Park City Heaven

Truly a wonder experience from start to finish. Begin the day stepping out the back door onto a freshly groomed trail leading to one of the main lifts at The Canyons with quick gondola access to all of Park City. Ski back at the end of the day to the back porch and then have the difficult decision of whether to watch the sun set over the Park City valley below from the deck, hot tub or living room in front of a raging fire. Or figure it's a vacation and experience them all. The house was simultaneously spacious with plenty of room for our group, but also warm, comfortable and inviting. We would highly recommend this home to any Third Home members. ”
