Playa Quieta

Playa Quieta captures the tranquility of the sea! There is a deep respect for nature and a love of privacy and tranquility that is evident throughout the property and community! Punta Ixtapa Master Plan was designed by famous Architect Diego Villaseñor in the real 1990s with a focus on the environment.

Playa Quieta is a luxury one level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, with private plunge pool on the terrace overlooking the beach. The floorpan is open concept creating a spacious feel and unobstructed ocean views. There are custom tile floors throughout creating a seamless flow between the rooms.

The white floors are complemented with white furniture and accented with pops of bright color introduced through fabric and artwork. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and granite countertops. The dining room features seating for 8 and the living room has an oversized sofa providing ample space to gather and relax. There is wireless internet throughout the unit, allowing you to be as connected or unplugged as you like.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a double vanity, custom tile shower complete with a view of the water. The additional two bedrooms both have two full sized beds and direct access to the balcony, where there are several hammocks for you to relax and simply enjoy. There are no additional fees for any of the amenities, including bell boy, towels, sun beds, sun umbrellas, gym, pools, and more.

Ixtapa Mexico is in an area of Mexico called Costa Grande, or “Big Coast”, located in the state of Guerrero.
