Elegant and Spacious, the flat can be configured in 3 or 4 bedrooms Air Conditioned up to 9 adults.
The usual and more comfortable configuration is a 3 bedrooms flat + 1 living room + 1 dining room.
In this 3 bedrooms configuration you have 3 real bedrooms with double beds but you can use the sofa/bed in the dining room as an extra bedroom. The sofa bed is comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids.
One single extra bed is already installed in the largest bedroom.
2 queen size beds + 2 standard double beds
It is possible to install 2 single beds or 1 double bed in the dinning room. In that case you have 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and the Living room/ dining room is one room only. But in my opinion it s less comfortable as you have dining room and living room in 1 room only. It s useful if you spend all your time outside.
1 Kitchen, 1 bath room in the master bedroom, 1 shower room in the 2nd bedroom, 1 separate shower room, 1 separate shower room with toilet, 1 separate extra toilet.
Apartment is located at one of Paris’s most prestigious addresse – MATIGNON avenue /Faubourg SAINT HONORE Street in the 8th arrondisement.
This address is ideally situated between the luxurious stores of Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore and the Rond Point des Champs-Elysees avenue Montaigne .
Just one block behind the Elysee Presidential house, the neighbourhood is extremely safe with Presidential guards constantly patrolling the area. Just 1 minute walking from Famous Hotel Bristol Palace and 10 minutes walking from US embassy.

Great Parisian Flat!
This property is a large one level flat in a excellent location on the same block as the famous Le Bristol Hotel with 2 Michelin starred restaurants (1 star and 3 star). It is very spacious and there is enough room for a family to stay here. The host, Christian, was excellent and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time here. The property truly is a diamond in the rough. With a few tweaks it would be an unbeatable property. As it is, it was a great flat in a great location. We loved our time here and would return again.”
Location! Location! Location! Excellent Location!
Had a wonderful vacation in Paris! The Apartment was so centrally located that it made traveling via Foot, Uber, Train and Bus, so very easy and convenient. Christian was a lovely host.....quite funny too. He offered great advice and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Most Parisians go on holiday between July and August, so a lot of the places we wanted to try were closed. That said, the apartment was very comfortable. We loved this location and would definitely book this apartment again. We found a great app called Moovit and it was excellent for planning our trip on the Metro or Bus. When buying metro tickets ask for "Une Carnet Billet S'il Plait. It is cheaper than buying individual tickets. Also, if you are in a hurry, it is less expensive to eat or drink at the bar rather than sitting down. Try L'os a Moelle (Cuisine de Chef)....on of my favorite with a set menu.”
A BIG ROUGH DIAMOND IN A PRESTIGIOUS AREA OF PARIS
Having come to rely on these reviews as one of the amazing benefits of third home I wanted to get a bit more detailed about my experience at this property. It is a worthy property that deserves to be in this program but one needs to know what they are stepping into .. it is big, and well suited for a family or group looking for space in Paris which is a rarity, but it does lack polish. It does not come without its quirks. It's flow is unusual and it's not as refined as other 3rd home properties I have stayed in when visiting Paris. The greatest shortcoming is the lack of bathroom "toilet" space. There are only two toilets and both very tight. The shower arrangement is less than optimal as well. A couple are tucked away in cabinetry and lack ventilation. In addition, the free standing air conditioning units which are vented out of the fire places were not properly sealed and the cooling effect was somewhat mitigated. (This is easily corrected.) Having said that these negatives are a part of construction that exudes Parisian charm since the building was built many many decades ago. The beautiful doors and moldings and it's close proximity to all the best areas of Paris still made this a great property. Even with the lack of polish this diamond still makes a great large home base to explore the region. We did day trips to Champagne, Chateau-fontainebleau, Versailles, Monet's Home in Giverny, etc.. and found it worked well for our needs. Also worth noting is the gracious host Christian. He is truly accommodating is every aspect and goes out of his way to assist you. His Parisian rock star swagger and charisma carries through the apartment in its worn and modernly tilted decor... upon arrival expect to spend a 15 minutes getting acquainted with the unique aspects of his apartment. He will also walk you through the neighborhood which has great restaurants and a delicious Bakery. Overall positives are space especially sleeping and location ten min taxi to all the best sites. Negatives needs some polishing but in time this large rough diamond could be a remarkable property (quality of, mattresses, towels, linens etc) .. I would say not to spend more than 6-8 keys until some of these issues are addressed ... I paid 12 and felt was a bit steep. I would stay here again since finding such a large place in Paris is rare and Christian was great. ”
