Frisco Mountain Townhome
Frisco Mountain Townhome
Your home away from home in Frisco, Colorado, is a magnificent, 2185 square foot, three-story, rustic modern townhome backing to Mount Royal. Just over an hour west of Denver, Frisco is lovingly referred to as "Main Street of the Rockies" due to its dramatic setting at the foot of the Tenmile Mountain Range and its central location close to not one, not two, but SIX world-class ski resorts. An obvious mecca for winter sports enthusiasts, yet an equally enticing destination in the summer months, offering plenty of hiking and biking opportunities, and the 3,300-acre Dillon Reservoir for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and fishing.
Inside this spectacular home's living room, double stacked windows lend to striking views of Mount Royal. The space incorporates a variety of soft seating to accommodate gatherings of friends and family by the gas fireplace and HDTV. The room opens up to a spacious balcony that gently reminds you of your position in nature with fresh mountain air breezes and scenes of snow-dusted alpines or fall foliage, depending on the time of your stay. The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a small island, creating the comfort and coziness of home. It lies adjacent to a dining room table with two leaves, offering a place for eight to dine effortlessly.
There is no shortage of space and privacy in this expansive townhome. It features a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, including two king master suites and a queen guestroom—each with a TV. In addition to a second living room, there are two desk setups for checking emails or catching up on work. A washer and dryer are available to keep your clothes fresh and warm, and there is a heated garage and parking for four cars, making this a comfortable place for three couples or families.
A second balcony furnished with soft seating, an outdoor dining table, and a gourmet gas grill creates a spectacular open-air space for entertaining. There is also a private hot tub to relax in after a day of adventure in Summit County.
While in Frisco, you have easy access to everything that makes this town a fantastic, recreation-laden getaway, including several ski resorts. Copper Mountain is the closest ski resort to Frisco—a short 10-minute drive away—but the others aren't far behind; Breckenridge, Keystone, and Loveland are situated 20 minutes out, and Arapahoe Basin and Vail fall just under 30 minutes away. In the summer, Frisco Bay Marina beckons you to explore the Dillon Reservoir by kayak, canoe, paddleboard, or boat. Downtown Frisco is lined with charming gift shops, trendy boutiques, art galleries, and more than 50 dining spots and breweries.
