Nestled on the third level, this private residence, featuring four-plus bedrooms and five baths, is one of only thirty in the tower and one of just ninety on the entire complex. This exclusivity ensures a tranquil escape from crowded hotels and massive condo complexes. Accessible by a short stroll up the steps from the beach, gardens, and pools or via one of two elevators, the residence boasts over 2200 sq. ft of living space, including a full-length terrace with walk-out access from the living/dining area and both master suites.

Guests can stay connected with the world through the private high-speed Wi-Fi network available in the condo, with additional Wi-Fi service extending throughout the grounds.

Living/Dining Area:

Upon entering the condo, visitors are enveloped in the room's openness, enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly merge the indoors with the vibrant outdoors. The sliding window doors can be fully opened, creating an immersive experience within the palms with breathtaking views of the open ocean. The tastefully decorated room features furniture and décor that complement the views, inviting relaxation on two full-size sofas. Entertainment options include a 58" LED TV and a Blu-ray/DVD home theater system, offering HD satellite TV, Netflix, Blu-ray/DVD playback, Bluetooth connectivity, and digital satellite music stations.

Bedroom Suites:

With four private bedroom suites accommodating up to 9 people, privacy abounds for all guests. Two master suites with king beds, private baths, and wall-to-wall windows offer stunning ocean views and ocean breezes. The first master suite includes a 32" LED TV with Netflix and Blu-ray/DVD, while the second master suite features a similar setup. High-quality linens, including luxurious Egyptian cotton towels and 400 plus thread count sheets, are provided, and all bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and shower dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The third and fourth bedrooms offer town and mountain views, with the third bedroom providing one queen and one twin bed, a private bath, and a TV with Netflix and Blu-ray/DVD. The fourth bedroom includes one queen bed, a TV with Netflix, and a bath accessible from the living area. All bedrooms feature individually controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans for optimal comfort.

Additional sleeping accommodations can be found in the service quarters, which include one twin bed and a private bath, along with a full-size washer and dryer (not air-conditioned).

Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare a quiet meal at home. Alternatively, guests can explore the numerous dining opportunities just outside their door. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and dishes for at least two meals before requiring the dishwasher. Additional conveniences include a blender, coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a large George Foreman grill. Quality pots, pans, and utensils cater to the needs of the resident cook, or guests can opt for a cook-for-hire service (limited availability). All water in the condo is purified for confidence in consuming chilled water and ice from the refrigerator or any tap.

Amara Ixtapa Amenities:

Amara Ixtapa offers a range of amenities, including three pools catering to individual preferences—a serene adult infinity-edge pool, a family infinity-edge pool, and a toddler wading pool. The infinity pools border the beach, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking views while hanging on the edge. The condo provides floatables, a boogie board, and toys for use at the beach and pool.

The private beach area features shady palapas and chairs, adjacent to a watersports provider offering jet skis, banana rides, and parasailing. A short stroll down the beach leads to a one-hour massage in a shaded hut for approximately $20 USD or an opportunity to swim with dolphins.

The poolside palapa bar offers reasonably priced drinks and snacks, with tables providing shade and endless views. Beautifully landscaped gardens with vibrant flowers and palms contribute to the picturesque surroundings.
