Heart of Wailea penthouse – beautiful and huge!

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. Extensive private lanai’s, private elevator access, very well equipped kitchen. It’s a beautiful stroll down along a stream with Koi, Ponds and Lily pads to the beachfront pool, where the staff will provide loungers at the pool or on the beach with umbrellas all set up for you. The famous Wailea Beachwalk will take you for a mile walk along the ocean from there. The shops at Wailea with all of its restaurants and shopping are right out the front door I would highly recommend a visit. Thank you!”

This was my third trip over to the stunning Wailea Beach Villas and was everything that I could have wanted! My stay at Wailea Beach Villas was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome with the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the villa was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed with stunning ocean views. The villa itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, elegant decor, and a private lanai where I enjoyed morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The amenities were top-notch, with a stunning pool area and access to the pristine Wailea Beach, where you can spend your days soaking up the sun and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. The location was ideal, with great dining and shopping options nearby, but we also loved the peace and tranquility of the villa. Every evening, I took leisurely strolls along the beach, savoring the breathtaking sunsets. Overall, Wailea Beach Villas exceeds all expectations. My favorite spot to stay in Wailea! I have now stayed at this property a handful of times and have brought friends and family to share it with. I enjoyed it more and more with each stay and it feels like a home away from home with all of the thoughtful amenities that the owner provides. The rooms are incredibly spacious and immaculately cleaned for your arrival. The villa also boasts a beautiful view of the ocean where my guests spent many mornings enjoying their morning coffee. Every detail of this stay made it a complete getaway and I very much look forward to returning in the future!”

World Famous Wailea Beach!

This luxury villa (just under 4,000 sf) is located right on the world famous Wailea Beach, one of the best beaches on Maui and one of the top beaches in the world. The sand is the softest sand I have ever felt in the world, no rocks in the water. We were pampered by beach attendants providing us beach chairs, towels, environmentally safe sunscreen. It is truly spectacular. Robbie, the owner, personally greeted us and provided a personal tour of the property and his breathtaking villa. We were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket filled with Hawaii sourced fruit, drinks and snacks. This is my 2nd time staying at this property. I enjoyed it even more than the first time. Once we landed at the property, we parked our car and never drove again until we checked out and departed for the airport. Our perfect day at the Wailea Beach Villas... We started off with a private yoga instructor and enjoyed a yoga session on the great lawn staring at the ocean the entire time. We then walked south along the oceanfront beach walkway and spent a half day at the adjacent Kilolani Spa at the Grand Wailea, followed up by poke bowls at their on-property cafe. The next few hours were relaxing at the adult pool and hot tub. Then for dinner, we walked out the back gate in front of the grand lobby and enjoyed a wonderful meal at Tommy Bahama's with live music. The night ended sitting in the large well appointed family room watching the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. Simply Paradise!”

Speechless - Over the top!!!

We were greeted by a host that gave us a tour of the property starting with the spectacular grand lobby, then walked us through all of the wonderful amenities including: beautiful pool and hot tub area for families, full gym with waters, towels, TVs, adult only pool on the ocean, beautiful beach with beach staff to assist with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, areas where yoga is offered a couple of times per week, etc. There are no photos that give justice to this remarkable Villa. When I stepped out of the private elevator, which was just steps away from our parking space in the garage, onto the private entrance-patio leading to the front door...it was all over for me. Once you open the front door, you enter into a magical space that is so well appointed...it leads your mind to what else is here. As the Host of the property gave us a tour, I couldn't help but think, if I had a place like this Villa in Wailea (or anywhere for that matter), this is exactly what I would want it to look like. The property was grand, beautiful, comfortable, spacious and every detail you could want was in the villa. The attention to detail by the builder and owner are second to none. The kitchen provided us three coffee options for our mornings: Nespresso machine, Keurig and regular coffee pot, the choice was ours, all top of the line appliances. The primary master bedroom was larger than most condos on the entire island. The other bedrooms and bathrooms were are very large and comfortable. On the makai (ocean side) of the property is the world famous Wailea Beach staring out at Molikini Crater and Kaho'olawe. On the mauka (mountain side) of the property is the "Shops at Wailea". There are plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery store, and nightly entertainment takes place in the courtyard. From high end restaurants such as Ruth Chris, Wolfgangs, Tommy Bahama to Waikiki Brewing and Lineage, there are plenty of options literally right out the back gate of the porte cochere, if you don't want to do any cooking yourself. Every high end and local retail shop is located in this outdoor two story world famous shopping center. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to be treated like royalty. Big mahalo to the owner Robbie who welcomed us with a lovely gift basket with drinks, snacks and fruits from Hawaii. We'll see you again for sure. ”
