Amazing Vacation at the Beach!

Really enjoyed our stay!!! The house was very comfortable and good for our family. Proximity to Seacrest/ Rosemary Beach and amenities was fantastic. Wouldn't change a thing other than the wristband requirement for beach access- security responsible for policing the easement was impolite and not forgiving with young children. Don't forget your bands if you book a stay here. All that said, the host was fantastic to work with and it was a memorable experience that I would highly recommend.”

30A Getaway

We had an amazing week at Andrea’s house in Rosemary Beach. Her communication leading up to our stay was fantastic, and she checked in numerous times during the week to see if we needed anything. The home is absolutely stunning— even better than the pictures! With a group of eight, we found it incredibly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with every pot and pan you could possibly need, and I especially appreciated the well-stocked spice cupboard. The entire house was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. They also provided beach chairs, towels, coolers, and four high-quality bikes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a very easy, short walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We wanted for nothing—the house was perfect! ”

wonderful house and an amazing location

We have visited the 30A area many times but have never stayed at Seacrest Beach . My, what a perfect location! We literally walked to the Rosemary Beach village in 10 minutes, where we ate lunch, dinner, shopped, strolled, and enjoyed the beauty at night of the lighted live oak trees. Then in the other direction is nearby Alys Beach, another very beautiful village that also has amazing shops and eateries. The house is just as amazing: inviting, clean, organized, and comfortable. Several porches provide plenty of outdoor relaxation, and the roads and sidewalks in the community are safe and quiet for walking and biking. The pool complex is truly beautiful! Although the weather didn't allow swimming during our stay, this would be The Place to hang out and enjoy many hours in warmer weather. The owners were always available for help/questions, and were kind enough to share their favorite places with us in the area. Altogether a wonderful spot, and we are already hoping/planning a return trip!”

This house was gorgeous, spacious and sooo comfortable! Everything you could need was provided and everything was top quality. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach area so we didn't even need a car while there. Owner was quick to respond and super helpful. Definitely recommend!”
