Set above Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta’s Amapas area, Villa Pura Vida PV frames Banderas Bay from a private hillside setting near the Romantic Zone. The villa is part of a small gated complex and features its own private entrance, parking, infinity pool, and palapa bar, with no shared guest spaces. Views extend across the bay, pier, Los Muertos Beach, city skyline, mountains, and coastline beyond. Beaches and restaurants are a ten-minute walk or five-minute Uber ride away.

The Villa offers 4,700 square feet of single-level indoor-outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the main living areas to the patio, drawing in bay views and coastal air. The living room includes two seating areas, including one arranged around a 75-inch smart TV, while the dining area seats six with the option to add two chairs. The open kitchen includes an island, pantry, washer and dryer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and cookware for meals at home.

The Villa features three large king bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, with two bedrooms facing the view and one facing the jungle. The villa includes split-type air conditioning, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and a safe. The main bedroom and bathroom are quite grand and spacious, and two bathrooms include walk-in showers.

Outdoor living centers on the private heated infinity pool, which includes a fountain, LED lighting, and a separate in-pool sitting area oriented toward the view. The patio also includes sun loungers, large umbrella, outdoor seating, gas grill, and covered palapa bar with a refrigerator and sink. Beach towels and umbrella are provided for nearby beach days.

Villa Pura Vida sits perched above Los Muertos Beach and is nearby beach clubs, dining, galleries, and the Romantic Zone while retaining a private and peaceful oasis overlooking it all. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful in the area and the Villa includes parking for up to four vehicles. Guests should note the hillside position and somewhat steep driveway; we recommend Taxis or Ubers at night or for those less comfortable walking hills.
