Located just 20 metres from the sea, the property offers direct access to the Adriatic without the distraction of traffic or overcrowded shores. The residence accommodates up to twelve guests across well-appointed rooms. A studio apartment, ordinarily used by the housekeeper, can be prepared upon request for additional sleeping space.

From this base, the UNESCO town of Kotor is roughly half an hour away by car, where the old town and vibrant harbour welcome visitors.
