Inside, the one-bedroom condo has been recently refreshed with updated furnishings, a new king bed, modern décor, and carefully selected comforts that create a welcoming and functional coastal space. The open living and dining areas are filled with natural light and extend directly onto a private balcony overlooking the resort-style pools below. Designed with smaller families in mind, the layout includes a sofa bed ideal for children under 12, along with optional baby-friendly amenities such as a mini crib that make traveling with little ones more convenient.

The kitchen is great for extended stays despite its compact footprint, featuring a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and convection microwave oven. Additional small appliances are available, including a small electric cooktop, coffee makers, and a wide selection of cookware and serving essentials. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide the convenience of home while maintaining the simplicity and comfort expected from a beach getaway.

Beyond the condo itself, guests enjoy access to a collection of resort-style amenities, including two adjacent pools (a deep one heated year-round as needed), a heated hot tub, and a shallow zero-entry pool ideal for younger children. The deeded beach access is just a short walk away, while the complimentary seasonal tram service from March 1 to Oct 31 provides an effortless connection to the shoreline during warmer months. Two beach chairs and umbrellas are included, or book beach service in advance. Bike rentals and seasonal live music nearby further enhance the relaxed and highly walkable experience of staying along 30A.

AMENTIES & THINGS TO NOTE

Guests at The Village of South Walton can enjoy our pool deck with two adjacent pools, a hot tub, and access to the Seacrest Beach beach access. The large pool and hot tub are heated (as needed). The second pool is a zero-depth entry, wading pool with a 2ft max depth that your little ones will love!

Our deeded Seacrest Beach access point is just a short 5-7 minute walk, or you can hop on the free tram that runs March-October. The larger public Inlet Beach Regional Access, complete with ramps, bathhouses, lifeguards, etc, is also just a mile East. Peddlers Pavilion is downstairs, where you can listen to live music at night (*seasonal) and rent bikes to explore the area!

My favorite thing about this area is that you can park your car when you arrive and not get back into it until you leave!

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW POLICIES

Maximum 2 adults per booking. Or 2 adults, 2 kids under 12 + baby in total. Wristbands are required for pool, beach, and tram access and will be in the condo. These must be left at checkout, and there is a $50 charge for unreturned wristbands.

Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. The sofa bed is intended for children ages 12 and under only and has a max weight limit of 250 lbs total.

Mini crib must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Max weight 30lbs, 35" tall.

Parking at the Village of South Walton is free and first-come, first-served.

No parties. Must be age 25+ to rent. Absolutely no pets per HOA regulations.

Golf carts / LSVs are not permitted at The Village of South Walton or anywhere on the east end of 30A, including Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach.
