House Rules
Hale Wailele is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and no-pet property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood where neighbors enjoy tropical, open-air living. To respect our neighbors, parties and entertaining outside guests are not permitted. Please keep noise to normal conversation levels. The use and enjoyment of the property is limited to the registered guests listed on the agreement.
As is customary in many Hawaiian homes, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before entering the house whenever practical. We understand this may not be comfortable or possible for everyone, particularly some older guests, so we simply ask that you use your best judgment. We also appreciate your helping us care for our home by using coasters for beverages and avoiding placing wet towels or swimsuits on the furniture.
The home is not childproof and contains fragile furnishings and décor. The unfenced pool is easily accessible. For these reasons, we recommend Hale Wailele only for children who are confident swimmers, respectful of the home, and under constant adult supervision. Please use your judgment in determining whether Hale Wailele is an appropriate fit for your family.
All guests use the property, pool, spa, and other amenities at their own risk and are responsible for supervising all members of their party. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. By using the property, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the owners, property managers, and their affiliates from any and all claims.
