Description

Casa Bela Vista is a modern, spacious villa which has been completely refurbished in 2022 to a luxurious standard.

This stunning house comprises a welcoming entrance hall leading to a spacious lounge and dining area with lovely sea views where you will find ample comfortable seating for 8 people plus a 75” smart TV and hi-fi.

The newly fitted out kitchen features a large island with an induction hob. Appliances are all Bosch, including a microwave/oven plus a fan oven, 2 x dishwashers, a Quooker tap with boiling and chilled water, full sized fridge and freezer plus a wine fridge, coffee maker and toaster. There are sea views from the kitchen as well as the lounge/dining area and the patio doors throughout can all be opened, linking the outdoor space seamlessly to the house.

There are four beautifully furnished bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom has super-king bed with an adjacent dressing area and a spacious bathroom with separate bath, shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a super-king bed and a shower room en-suite. The third bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room which also has a bath. Bedroom 4 has 2 x singles and has a separate shower room downstairs. There’s also a guest toilet on the main floor.

There is a utility room with washing machine and indoor airing facilities, with a large games /TV room for the children also on this lower ground floor, which has table tennis and table football. There is an outside drying area at the rear of the house where there are also lemon, apple, orange and pomegranate trees.

If this isn’t enough there’s also access to a separate apartment from the main drive which houses and further 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms (one king bed/2 x singles) which share a shower room, adding further flexibility if you are a large party, or if you require more bedrooms due to singles in your party.

The outdoor space features a new outdoor kitchen with a top of the range Beefeater gas BBQ and beautiful outdoor furniture to enjoy the sea view, all shaded by a lovely shade sail. This area leads directly off the kitchen (the full wall of patio doors slide away) and so the indoor/outdoor kitchens are usefully linked and work perfectly for outdoor living.

There are extensive terraces and garden to chill out on by the private infinity pool, from where you will also have the lovely sea views. These areas are well furnished for you to choose your dining and relaxing options according to the time of day and whether you want shade or sun. The pool has an electric cover and solar heating panels so it’s pleasant to use all year round.

If you’re visiting in the winter months the house also has underfloor heating throughout with electricity and hot water provided by an air source heat pump and solar panels.

A typically Portuguese paved path leads through a second beautifully planted garden to the villa’s gated entrance and drive where there is ample parking space for 2 or 3 cars.

A cot and playpen can be provided if you have a little one.

All linen and beach towels provided.

Great home to explore the Algarve!

It was our first trip to Portugal and our group absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Bela Vista. The home is large, was very comfortable and made a perfect launchpad for the Algarve beach experience we were looking for. Heather, our host, was easy to communicate with and gave us terrific suggestions for day trips and other ideas to enhance our stay. She was also able to organize to have the home provisioned before we arrived. Casa Bela Vista is just about a mile away from the quaint beach town of Luz and about 10 minutes from the larger city of Lagos. Praia da Luz is a stunning beach! The restaurant options were plentiful in both locations- Though, you will also want to enjoy cocktails and the sunset " Vistas" from your "own" pool deck. Overall we had a great time and look forward to our next visit to Portugal. ”
