Historic Fisherman’s House

Built in 1900 on the sands of Sa Riera, Sa Brava is one of the few original fishermen’s houses still standing directly before the Mediterranean. Its setting and history give the home a distinctive sense of place, with uninterrupted sea views shaping the atmosphere throughout its interiors.

A careful restoration preserves the character of the original structure while introducing contemporary comfort with restraint. Natural stone, whitewashed walls and handcrafted woodwork reflect the architectural heritage of the Costa Brava, creating rooms that feel refined, tactile and authentic rather than overly formal.

The home retains its original arrangement across two levels, connected solely by an exterior staircase. Across 2,152 square feet, the residence includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements comprising one king bed and two sofa beds for up to six guests.
