Set into the hillside above central Puerto Vallarta, Casa Ladera pairs expansive Banderas Bay views with an unusually open connection to the outdoors. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat offers approximately 2,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space for two guests, with views stretching across the city, bay and surrounding mountains.

The open living and dining spaces are framed by 12-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that retract on two sides, allowing the ocean breeze and views to become part of the interior. A fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area make it equally comfortable for a quiet breakfast overlooking the city or an evening spent at home.

The bedroom is arranged with a king bed and adjoining four-piece ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide additional comfort. The residence occupies the entire second floor of Casa Ladera and shares a common entry hall with a separate upper-floor unit, while the accommodations remain independently accessed.

Outside, the private infinity pool forms the centerpiece of the terrace, looking across Puerto Vallarta toward Banderas Bay. The partially shaded outdoor space extends directly from the living area, creating a natural setting for afternoons by the pool and sunsets over the water.

Restaurants, shops, galleries and the Malecón are approximately a five to ten-minute walk downhill, while Playa Los Muertos is about a 10-minute walk away. The elevated setting requires approximately 120 steps from street level and the home is not directly accessible by car. Assistance with luggage can be arranged at the base of the stairs, but the property is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
