This 3,200-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is set on four private acres in the North Georgia mountains near Clarkesville. Renovated in 2022, the property accommodates up to ten guests and offers a peaceful wooded setting with a private deck along the Chattahoochee River.

Inside, comfortable gathering spaces provide room for families and groups to spend time together. A stone fireplace anchors the living area, while the kitchen and dining spaces offer an easy setting for shared meals. A separate recreation area with a pool table provides another place to gather and unwind.

The primary bedroom features a king bed. A second bedroom includes two queen beds and bunk beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle for additional sleeping space. Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom serve the home.

The four-acre setting offers multiple places to enjoy the surrounding woods and river environment, including outdoor decks and a private deck directly along the Chattahoochee River. Guests can start the morning surrounded by birdsong and the sound of the river before heading out to explore the mountains.

Sautee Nacoochee and the Bavarian-inspired town of Helen are a short drive away, offering local history, galleries, shops and dining. The surrounding North Georgia mountains provide access to hiking, trout fishing and river recreation, with Mount Yonah and additional mountain trails nearby.
